The Studio

The desk sits at a full-width panoramic window, the laptops lined up against the glass and the canopy falling away to open sea beyond. You look up from a call and the horizon is right there, the same line the whole villa is built toward. This is the workspace at the centre of the workation case for The Dreaming View: a place to think clearly above Haad Yao, with the sunset coast in view all afternoon.

It is built for real work. High-speed WiFi runs throughout the villa, and the ocean-view desk is set up for focused sessions, video calls and the long stretches a founder or a remote team needs. With four sea-view bedrooms for up to nine guests, the architecture lends itself to a small company offsite or a corporate retreat where the working day and the place you stay are the same address.

When the laptops close, the rest of the villa is the reward: the infinity pool on the edge of the slope, the sea-view gym, the four jacuzzis. A digital nomad villa on Koh Phangan where the working hours are as well considered as the view they face.
