The Dreaming View Villa
Tropical garden, glowing jacuzzi and the Gulf of Thailand under a pink and purple sunset at The Dreaming View Villa

Villa experience

A private pool villa experience shaped by ocean, jungle and sunset.

The Dreaming View Villa brings its shared spaces into one rhythm: a 100 sqm Space of Life, infinity pool, terrace, workspace, gym, garden jacuzzi and outdoor areas above Haad Yao.

How the house works

Spaces made for a whole-villa stay.

The Dreaming View was designed around the view, so the day moves with the light rather than with the floor plan. Morning glass fills with the flat blue of the open Gulf; the afternoon pulls everyone onto the terrace and into the pool; the evening turns the whole villa toward the sunset. Because each space faces the same ocean, one part of the day flows into the next. The villa is also genuinely dog-friendly by prior arrangement, making it easier for guests who want to travel with a well-behaved dog rather than leave it behind.

Space of Life

The 100 sqm room where the villa comes together.

Under roughly seven-metre cathedral ceilings, the open-plan living, kitchen, dining and games area runs the full width of the villa behind floor-to-ceiling glass, with the pool table, ping pong, poker table, giant chess and darts set within reach of the sea.

Infinity Pool & Terrace

A sunset-facing pool terrace above Haad Yao.

The 4.5 by 9 metre infinity pool sits on the edge of the slope, its far rim dissolving into the horizon, with hanging cocoon chairs on the terrace angled west for the sunset.

The Studio

A real workspace for workation and retreat days.

A dedicated ocean-facing workspace places the panorama directly in front of you, built for founders and remote teams who would rather work toward the water than a wall.

More of the villa

Sea-view gym

The fitness room looks straight out to the ocean, so a morning session happens against the open horizon instead of a blank mirror. It lets you hold your routine without leaving the villa, which matters most on longer group bookings and workations.

Tropical garden

A tropical garden wraps the villa in green, softening the line between the architecture and the hillside around it. Planting and shaded corners give the grounds a private, settled feel, with quiet places to pause between the pool and the terrace.

Outdoor jacuzzi

As the light drops, an outdoor jacuzzi becomes the easiest place to be: warm water, the sound of the evening, and the sky shifting colour over the Gulf. It is one of four jacuzzis across the villa, so there is usually a warm soak free when the sunset arrives.

BBQ corner

An outdoor BBQ corner sits off the terrace for the evenings when dinner stays home: simple, in the open air, with the rest of the villa a few steps away.

Hosted support

Privacy with people behind the stay.

A dedicated five-person team supports the villa behind the scenes, covering management, guest assistance, housekeeping and property support. You keep the privacy of a whole-villa rental, with people on hand to help with practical details before and during the stay.
