- How many guests and how many bedrooms does the villa have?
- The Dreaming View Villa has four bedroom suites and comfortably sleeps up to nine guests. Every suite has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom, and all four open to direct sea views; the Infinity Pool Master Suite can also take a single bed on request. It suits couples, families and small groups travelling together across one private home.
- Is the villa dog-friendly?
- Yes — The Dreaming View Villa is dog-friendly by prior arrangement. Just mention your dog when you enquire and we will confirm; a small additional charge may apply. We only ask that pets stay off the beds, sofas, pool and jacuzzi, and that any extra cleaning is covered. Well-behaved dogs are genuinely welcome.
- Is the whole villa private to one group?
- Yes. The Dreaming View Villa is rented exclusively to a single group, never shared with other guests. The 550 m2 villa on a 1,800 m2 plot, the infinity pool, the gym, the home theater and the five-person service team are all reserved for your party throughout your stay.
- How do I check availability and enquire?
- Send your travel dates and group size by WhatsApp, or use the enquiry form on this website. The owner, an Airbnb Superhost, replies personally, confirms availability and answers any questions before you book. There is no online payment; rates are confirmed when you enquire.
- Are there extra costs such as electricity?
- Electricity is charged separately based on actual metered consumption. The meter reading is photographed at check-in and again at check-out, and only the difference is charged. The rate is 7.5 THB per kWh until 31 December 2026 and 8 THB per kWh from 1 January 2027. The rental rate and the charge for guests above four include 7% VAT. Water supply, drinking water and the return transfers between Thong Sala Pier and the villa are included.
- How far is the beach from the villa?
- The villa sits on a hillside above Haad Yao bay on the west coast, with Haad Yao beach within walking distance below. Zen Beach and Secret Beach (Haad Son) are a short drive away. From the villa itself, the ocean and sunset fill the view from every room.
- Is the villa suited to families, groups and workation stays?
- Yes to all three. Four sea-view suites and four jacuzzis suit families and groups, and every bedroom has air-conditioning and a ceiling fan; the infinity pool, fitness gym, pool table, ping pong, poker table, giant chess and darts give everyone something to do. For working guests there is a dedicated ocean-facing workspace and high-speed WiFi, making it a practical corporate retreat or workation base.
- How do I get to the villa?
- Fly to Koh Samui airport, then take a ferry or speedboat to Koh Phangan, arriving at Thong Sala Pier on the south side of the island. From there, a road transfer brings you to the northwest coast. Return transfers between Thong Sala Pier and the villa are included; share your arrival details when you enquire and the team will coordinate it.
- What services are included in a stay?
- Every stay includes return transfers between Thong Sala Pier and the villa, high-speed WiFi and Ethernet, water supply and drinking water, housekeeping with complete cleaning and linen changes every 3 days plus light cleaning on the other days, bath and pool towels changed every 2 days, and concierge assistance from the Villa Manager and the Director.
